Each time an affiliate refers a client who completes a commissionable action, that action is recorded in the system and displayed on the ‘Conversions’ screen.
The affiliate’s commission depends on the status of the conversion, and affiliates can track the status of their commissions directly from their dashboard.

Status | Description |
---|---|
Available To Payout | Displays the total of approved commissions. A payout can be requested once the minimum threshold is reached. |
Total Paid | The total commissions already paid to the affiliate. |
Pending | Displays the total commissions from pending conversions. These will become available for payout once approved by a manager. |
Hold | Displays the total commissions from conversions on hold. These will become available for payout once manually approved by a manager or automatically released after the hold period ends. |
Prerequisites
Before requesting a payout, you must set up a payment method. This will be used to let your managers know where to transfer your available commissions.
To setup a payment method if you haven’t already, navigate to Settings and select Payment Methods

Click Add New
The Payout Source dropdown displays all payment methods supported by your managers for receiving commissions.
Select a Payout Source and add the relevant information and finally click Save to create the Payment Method
Requesting a Payout
In order to request a payout, you need to click the Request Payout button on your dashboard.

Next, choose the desired Payment Method and finalize your request.
You can track the status of the request under the Payments screen
