When setting up your affiliate onboarding process, you can choose whether newly registered affiliates require manual approval by a manager.
If manual approval is enabled, affiliates will still be able to register and log in to their portal. However, until they are approved by a manager, they will not have access to any content or performance metrics. Instead, upon logging in, they will see the following screen:

Managers will be notified within the system when there are affiliates pending approval. Additionally, you can choose to enable email notifications to alert managers whenever a new affiliate registers under them.

There are 3 options you can choose from depending on your desired onboarding flow:
No Approval Required
All affiliates are automatically approved by the system as soon as they register – no manager action required.
All Affiliates Require Approval
All affiliates will have to be manually approved by a manager after registration.
Specific Managers Require Approval
Only affiliates who registered under specific selected managers will have to be manually approved.
Enabling/Disabling manual approval
Login to your dashboard and navigate to Settings > Affiliate Settings
Scroll down to the Affiliate Manual Approval section and configure your desired setup.
