Adding a Manager

To manage or add a ‘Manager‘ to your affiliate platform, select ‘Settings‘ and then click on the ‘User Management‘ tab.

This page allows you to efficiently manage the users of your platform, specifically, the managers who have access to various functionalities. Each manager can be assigned specific permissions based on their role within your affiliate program.

To add a manager click on the ‘Add Merchant’ button.

On this page, you will be prompted to provide the necessary information, such as their name, phone number, email address, and password. This creates a new user account for the manager on your platform.

Setting Permissions – For each manager, you have the ability to define their permissions, which determine the level of access and control they have over different aspects of your affiliate program. The available permission options include:

  • Advertiser – Managers with advertiser permissions have the ability to create and manage advertising campaigns within the platform. They can set up and monitor promotional activities to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Campaigns – Managers with campaign permissions can view and manage existing campaigns. They can monitor campaign performance, adjust settings, and track results to optimize their effectiveness.
  • Affiliate Payouts – Managers with affiliate payout permissions can have access to the financial aspect of your affiliate program. They can handle affiliate commission payments, set payout rates, and maintain accurate payment records.
  • Conversions – Managers with conversions permissions have access to detailed conversion data. They can analyze conversion rates, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.

By assigning specific permissions to each manager, you can ensure that they have the appropriate access and responsibilities based on their role within your program. This helps maintain security, streamline operations, and delegate tasks effectively.
